Paleo Breakfast

Soak nuts and seeds in warm water and a dash of salt over night:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Also need
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup chopped medjool dates
1 cup raisins

Drain and place onto the baking sheet.  If your oven will allow the temperature to be set at 110 you can use it! If not use a dehydrator. Usually takes about 10 hours.  After I dehydrate I like to place in the oven for a few minutes (max. is five, this will burn easy, believe me) to make sure all the water is out.

Coarsely chop dehydrated nuts and place in a large bowl.
Mix in shredded coconut, chopped dates, and raisins.
Toss lightly to evenly distribute all ingredients.
Serve granola with unsweetened almond milk, or coconut milk.
Store excess in airtight container.
